1. You will receive the completed source file. After the design is completed, I will send the source file of the design to your email for your future use. If you need to make the name design into pictures such as social media avatars or backgrounds, I will do it for you for free.
2. I will handcraft your name design into a customized product and mail it to you.
After receiving your order, I will complete the design of your name within two working days and send it to your email. If you are not satisfied with the design, I will start a new design from scratch until you are satisfied.
The design period for the initial draft is 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with the design, the longest period for re-design until you are satisfied is 5 working days. After the final version is completed, I will custom-make necklaces and other products for you by hand. The customization period for the products is 7 working days.
Of course, if you have any specific requirements for the design, please try to inform me before the design work begins. I will design according to the design requirements you have proposed and will do my best to meet all your demands.
